PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS
Women Environmental Programmed (WEP) invites qualified vendors across Nigeria (including current suppliers and service providers) for pre-qualification for the supply of goods and services of different categories to the organization.
WEP is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, non-religion organization with headquarters in Abuja Nigeria, and with offices in Tunisia, Togo, Burkina Faso and Niger. WEP has a vision of a world where the lives of women and youth around the globe are positively transformed. WEP works to achieve her vision through four programme areas: Environment, Climate Change, Governance, Peace and Security.
The pre-qualification of vendors targets the following categories of goods and services:
WEP-NG-001: Hospitality services
WEP-NG-002: Printing services
WEP-NG-003: Office equipment (furniture, computers, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets etc)
WEP-NG-004: Water engineering and borehole development consultancy
WEP-NG-005: Vehicle supply and maintenance
WEP-NG-006: Website and app development
WEP-NG-007: Video documentary and other media services
WEP-NG-008: Supply of agricultural inputs and equipment
WEP-NG-009: Office supplies
WEP-NG-010: Development of training manuals on violent extremism issues
WEP-NG-011: Baseline survey in the area of women and youth empowerment, agriculture, peace and security
WEP-NG-012: Travel services
Eligibility requirement
- Company profile including names and contact details of key personnel
- A copy of the certificate of incorporation must be attached with an active profile
- Tax clearance certificates for the last 3 financial years
- Tax identification number (TIN)
- Audited financial statements for the last 3 financial years
- Evidence of corporate address, phone number and email addresses
- Verifiable list of previous and current client on similar services carried out in the recent time to humanitarian organizations including contact names and email
How to apply
Interested vendors should submit applications to procurement@wepnigeria.net using the attached vendor registration form.
The application should be submitted alongside the above eligibility requirements.
The last day of receipt of applications is 31st January 2023.
Suppliers and service providers who meet the criteria for prequalification will be prequalified for the categories applied for and will form the list of vendors who will be given tender/quotation documents to bid for supply of goods and services under those categories when required.
