INVITATION TO TENDER: for the purchase/supply/installation of desktop computers and solar panels/inverters and all requisite accessories

Women Environmental Programme (WEP) with Funding support from Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) is implementing a project in Katsina state,
Nigeria, titled: Strengthening Advocacy Against Violence Extremism (SAVE).
As part of the project activities, WEP seeks to procure and install ten (10) Desktop Computers per school in four (4) No. secondary schools across four (4) Local Government Areas in Katsina state. The Local Government Areas include; Jibia, Funtua, Dustsin-ma and Musawa.
These desktop Computers are to be solely powered by solar Energy with all requisite
accessories.
Women Environmental Programme therefore, invites all reputable companies to participate in the Tender Process for the purchase/supply/installation of desktop computers and solar panels/inverters and all requisite accessories.

Scope of  the Tender

This invitation for Tender is divided into two:

Lot 1: Purchase/supply/installation of ten (10) desktop computers per school in four
secondary schools in Jibia, Funtua, Dustsin-Ma and Musawa Local Government Areas of Katsina state. Purchase/supply/installation of internet service equipment in four secondary schools in Jibia, Funtua, Dustsin-Ma and Musawa Local Government Areas of Katsina state.

Lot 2: Purchase/supply/installation of solar power systems including panels, inverters
and other requisite accessories in four (4) No. secondary schools in Jibia, Funtua, Dustsin-Ma and Musawa Local Government Areas of Katsina State. Purchase/supply/installation of thunder arrestors in four secondary schools in Jibia, Funtua, Dustsin-Ma and Musawa Local Government Areas of Katsina state.

Tender Requirements

1. Certificate of registration/incorporation and/or similar evidence of company
   registration issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigerian.
2. Certified true copies of Memorandum and Article of Association of the company (Statement of share capital and return of allotment) and particulars of Directors and/or similar statutory documents indicating ownership structure of company, name(s) of directors, major shareholders and percentage shareholding.
3. Detailed company profile with full details of company’s resume demonstrating
   company’s capabilities.
4. Submit a tender application letter (on bidder’s letter headed paper) including name of authorized contact person (s), company full address, Email address and Telephone
5. Company tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
6. Pension Clearance Certificate
7. Audited Accounts for the past three (3) years which must bear the stamp of Audit Firm.
8. Evidence of verifiable similar services carried out within the last five years.

Submission of Tender Documents:

All completed bids should be sealed and submitted on or before 31^st January 2023 (submission date extended to 10th February 2023) in
three (3) separate envelops clearly marked– Original, Copy and Electronic copy (USB  drive) duly signed by the bidder’s authorized representative clearly marked ‘’INVITATION TO TENDER’’ addressed to:

All the bids shall be publicly opened and endorsed immediately following the deadline for
submission on a date and venue to be communicated to observers and bidders.

 

Duration of the assignment

The procurement, transportation, supply, installation and hand over of any of the project MUST be completed not later than one month from the day the contract is signed and sealed except otherwise communicated to the contractor by the awarding entity.

By submitting this tender application, the tendering organizations HAVE ACCEPTED AS FOLLOWS:

1. To allow Women Environmental Programme verify all claims made in your submission.
2. To allow Women Environmental Programme verify that your organization is not in receivership nor the subject of any form of insolvency of bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of wrong up petition or proceeding.
3. To confirm that the company is not a replacement for a hitherto tax defaulting company.

Important information

1. Late submission will be rejected
2. Only companies who submit the required information and meet the tender criteria will be contacted.
3. All costs incurred by your company as a result of this invitation to tender exercise and any subsequent request for information shall be at the sole expense of the submitting firm.
4. The invitation to tender process and any related process neither creates any commitment by Women Environmental Programme nor establishes any legal relationship
