Ukange Ichivirbee holds a bachelor of sciences in Geography and a Master of Sciences in climatology. He is a certified Senior Climate Change advocate by Foundation for Climate Restoration and acquired other professional training courses including;  Results-Based Management, Monitoring and Evaluation (RBM&E), Project Management Essentials, Grant Seeking Essential,  Training of Trainers on Total Sanitation, Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTs), Data Analysis with R, Data Analysis and Management, Gender and Environment, Climate Change: From Learning to Action, National Adaptation Plans: Building Climate Resilience in Agriculture, Climate-Smart Agriculture,   Building Conflict Sensitive Intervention, Security management and Capacity development, conflict sensitivity and Do-No-Harm, Security Risk Management Essentials and Gender Based Violence and Humanitarian Community. A problem-solving development practitioner with technical expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, vulnerability reduction analysis, advocacy and stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, project management, gender mainstreaming, community-Based Climate Adaptation Programme, Climate-Smart Agriculture, and Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTs) Programme. He is currently an M&E Officer for Women Environmental Programme.
