TRACY NGUAVESE OGBONNA

Nguavese Tracy Ogbonna holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mass Communication and is a certified Project Manager by PM4NGOS. She also has a certificate in the Protection of Civilian (PoC) and Middle Level Leadership Course (MLL 1/21) from the Martin Luther Agwai International and Peace Keeping Centre (MLAILPKC) with a combined work experience of over twenty years.

Nguavese is passionate about connecting communities to development opportunities and encouraging communities to own their development priorities while ensuring gender and social inclusion in all project deliveries. She works to achieve this by triggering communities’ awareness of key developmental targets through training, capacity development, community mobilization, stakeholder engagement and advocacy in the area of environment, climate change, peace and security and governance.

She is currently the Programme Manager/PVE Project Manager at Women Environmental Programme (WEP).
