Mentorship Programme 2022 – Inaugural Session
Women Environmental Programme (WEP) kicked off her Mentorship Programme for the year 2022 on Friday, 28th January with a physical session held at the office in Abuja. The programme was also streamed live on Zoom and Facebook platforms for those who were not physically available to attend at the physical venue.
The topic of Discussion was “Becoming a Development Worker”. WEP Programme Manager Cliff Gai facilitated the session. During the session, he highlighted responsibilities of a development worker and the general factors that determine his/her success.
The programme had 17 mentees in attendance.
The session lasted up to two (2) hours. The mentees had interactions at the end of the session and a digital note on the topic was shared with them. The next mentorship session will hold in February.
