Cliff Gai
Cliff is responsible for the overall programme delivery at WEP ensuring high quality and timely inputs, he ensures effective and efficient project design and implementation where he ensures that projects are implemented within the confines of their objectives and intended impact and that activities bring about their intended outputs adhering to timelines in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
He brings an enormous wealth of experience to bear on his work at WEP. Having worked at Elohim Development Foundation as an M&E volunteer, he rose to become the organization’s Programme Manager a position he held until he joined WEP. Apart from his training as a Psychologist, he has certifications in Emergency Logistics Management, Operational Security Risk Management, Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR), Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Community Mobilization and several other NGO related areas. He is passionate about capacity development, mentoring, facilitation, community engagement and counselling. Cliff has at various times in his development career managed or worked on projects in the areas of Governance Accountability, Youth Development, Peace and Conflict, Livelihood Support, Advocacy for policy reforms, PVE, Psychosocial Support, WASH, Capacity Development, Emergency Response and Research.
