Patience Awashima Adema

Patience Awashima Adema is responsible for enhancing WEPs human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. She oversees planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees.

Patience holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Benue State University, various certifications, as well as a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She has experience in Banking, Client Management and Office Administration
