Call for vendors: printing of training manuals

Women Environmental Programme is looking for suitably qualified Vendors that are competent and have the capacity to print and deliver two training manuals to FCT, Abuja under the WomenPower2030: Feminist Accelerate Action for Sustainable Development project that is being implemented by WEP in Nigeria.

WEP is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, non-religion organization with headquarters in Abuja Nigeria, and with offices in Tunisia, Togo, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Niger and Canada. WEP has a vision of a world where the lives of women and youth around the globe are positively transformed.

The WomenPower2030 Project is a Financial Framework Partnership Agreement between the European Union and a consortium of 5 feminists organizations led by Women Engage for a Common Future (WECF), alongside four other feminists organizations, including WEP.

The overall objective of the WomenPower2030 Project is to strengthen the capacity of feminists’ civil society networks and organizations to fight inequalities and advance gender-equal sustainable development by claiming space in global and regional policy process to influence legislation and improves women’s rights in countries and communities whilst mobilizing women, youth, feminist and gender-diverse activists.

Tasks expected from the Vendor

The successful vendor is expected to print and deliver training manuals required location (FCT, Abuja)

Eligibility and supporting documents:

1.) CAC Certificate

2.) Tax Clearance Certificate

3.) Active Email and Contact Address

4.) Functional Bank account showing the business name registered with account number

 

Quote Criteria/Payment Schedule

The quotes submitted should include all associated expenses borne by the Vendor to carry out this assignment, as no other expenses will be covered or reimbursed by WEP.

Quotes must be submitted in Naira, as payment(s) to contracted supplier will be made in this currency.

Please note that WEP will deduct and remit to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) a 5% or 10% withholding Tax as may be applicable

A 70% advance payment shall be made to the selected Vendor and Balance paid within 2 weeks after supply of items

 

How to submit expression of interest

Interested vendors should send their applications with quote and supporting documents using the Subject line:
“Printing and Supply of training manual: Womenpower2030” to procurement@wepnigeria.net.

The application should highlight among other things: their relevant experience with supplies, profiles.

Application closes on 10th December 2024, 11:59pm.
